Shipping
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with available stock will be shipped within 24 hours of being processed.
For items that are handmade, please allow 10-14 businesses days for production. Once the item is ready for dispatch, a notification, along with tracking information, will be sent to you by a member of the support team.
*International buyers outside of the United States of America: Duties and taxes are unpaid, as such products may be levied upon arrival. All fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client
HAZINA YANGU cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
We hold no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. The responsibility lies with the customer to provide accurate shipping information. In the event of an incorrect address, we cannot send a replacement until locating the original package. For address corrections, promptly contact us at support@hazinayangu.com before shipment. While we strive to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments once the package is dispatched.
RETURNS
We currently accept returns & exchanges on eligible items in US sales only.
earrings, bespoke, per-ordered, personalized or custom items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept returns without tags, have been worn, used, altered or damaged in anyway
We can not refund shipping costs on returned items.
Eligible returns may be returned no later than 10 days after delivery for a full refund.
